Colleen is the writer, editor, and producer of Lesser Gods as well as the voice of Rhea. She is currently the writer's assistant on Amazon's Utopia. Her previous efforts have included the award-winning web series A Bit Much  and Unproductive. Her work has also been showcased in The New York International Fringe Festival, The Black Box Comedy Festival, and others. Colleen makes the show with the help of the talented artists listed below. Originally from New York, she currently lives in Los Angeles. 

Elizabeth Lanier

Liz Lanier is a generative theatre artist originally from Nashville, TN. She enjoys acting, directing, writing and creating original content with like-minded collaborators. She studied at the Stella Adler Studio if Acting in NYC and performs regularly with Trashcan Shakespeare around LA. Liz directed and co-wrote Wolf with Brian McLean this January for Son of Semele's Company Creation Festival. Last spring, she directed/wrote/ and co-produced Narcissus & Echo at the Hollywood Fringe Festival winning an ENCORE! extension as well as being nominated for several awards including, Fringe First: World Premiere and Best of Operas and Musicals. She is currently in rehearsals for Wounded, a new script by Kerry Kazmierowicztrimm, which she will be directing for this year’s Hollywood Fringe. In her free time Liz enjoys teaching yoga, cooking chickpeas, and cuddling with her cat Snowden.

Tessie Barresi

Tessie got her start in NYC with a BFA in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College. This is her debut in voice acting! She was recently inducted into the LA based theatre company Fierce Backbone and has been exploring the art of circus performance with Cirque School LA. Tessie is elated to have survived her first year on the west coast.

David Dimitruk

David Dimitruk is an American actor (despite the British accent) who is currently based in Los Angeles. He recently made his on screen debut in the award winning feature film Saviors.

Other credits include MTV’s Greatest Party Story EverWestminster Woods. He is super excited to be part of Lesser Gods and be along side an extremely talented cast and crew. 

Blake Jarvis

Comedian, actor, and above all else, a small fish in a big pond. Blake lives in LA making videos and music with the his band Injured Sex. He hasn't cried in over a year.

 

James Ferrero

"Apollo"

James Ferrero (Apollo) is an actor and producer in the LA area. Recent acting credits include the TA in WOLF at the Son of Semele Company Creation Festival, as well as Tiresias in Narcissus & Echo at Hollywood Fringe (Fringe First Nominee). He also co-produced both. Other recent roles include Bushy in Richard II at Chase What Flies and Sordido in Women Beware Women at Mine is Yours. He has also worked at A Noise Within, Will Geer’s Theatricum Botanicum, and Coeurage Theatre. You can also see him in When a Bad Date Leads to Good Things on Buzzfeed. Camrus Johnson

Camrus Johnson is an Actor/Writer based in NYC and GSFF’s 2017 Rising Star Award Winner. Since the beginning of 2016, he has acted in 10 TV shows, 6 Feature Films, 5 commercials, countless short films and an Immersive Off Broadway show called PIP’S ISLAND. You can catch him in theaters May 17th, 2019 in Warner Bros. & MGM’s film THE SUN IS ALSO A STAR starring Yara Shahidi and Charles Melton - but also keep an eye out for his other two films: THE CAT AND THE MOON starring and directed by Alex Wolff, and SAFE SPACES starring Justin Long and Fran Drescher. He’s uhhhh pretty freakin stoked to be playing Eros and thinks Colleen Scriven is amazing and a genius and the best and he loves her very much. Ask him about it, he’ll say the same. He swears.
